The workshop will provide an overview of processes and tools related to daily fund management, such as fund controlling, human resource management, governance or documentation. Guest speakers will showcase their processes and tools along the investment process to enable first-hand practical knowledge transfer.

The workshop is aimed at delivering insights into practical fund operations, allowing for peer-learning and enabling an exchange of good practices between participants.

Participants will get first-hand insights from established actors in the field as well as gain knowledge of documents used in fund operations.

Speakers

Barbara Scheck works at the European Center for Social Finance, which delivers EaSI Technical Assistance services on behalf of the European Commission. Barbara is the Professor for Entrepreneurship at Munich Business School and has been active in the field since 2007. Her work focuses on the financing of social enterprises, impact and mission-related investing and impact assessment.
